Ultimate Staffing is hiring a 🔧 Line Operator - Bottle Packaging 🧴 for a leading water testing solutions company in Sparks, MD. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers stable hours, weekly pay, and a clean, safety-focused environment.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $18.00/hr
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | $18.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor bottling equipment (fillers, cappers, labelers)
Ensure products meet quality and packaging standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment upkeep
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Complete production records and follow schedules
Follow all safety and GMP/HACCP protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or bottling experience preferred
Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift
Strong team player with solid communication skills
