Responsibilities: Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Technical Strategy & Architecture matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Undertakes and leads the most complex architecture projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues. Coordinates with users and business leaders to determine requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Requires quarterly travel to Phoenix, AZ for planning meetings. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available. Qualifications: Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and 3 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and 5 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: Building and implementing model-guided, enterprise-level business solutions; Software development phases including design, configuration, testing, debugging, and implementation; Supporting large-scale, business centric and process-based applications; Building deliverable solution architecture in healthcare technology including claims and data; Developing healthcare applications and data using Oracle, SQL, Informatica, and Python.
