Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume, diverse caseload of consumer protection matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, legal memos, and settlement agreements.
Communicate effectively with clients throughout case progress.
Negotiate and resolve claims with opposing parties.
Conduct legal research on complex consumer and contract law issues.
Qualifications:
Must be admitted to practice law in Nevada (multi-state admission is a plus).
Minimum 1 year of relevant law firm experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
