Position: Fleet Detailer

The Fleet Detailer is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles in our luxury transportation fleet are impeccably clean, sanitized, and maintained to reflect the premium brand image of our company. This role is essential in upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety for our clients.

Essential Functions

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of all fleet vehicles including sedans, SUVs, vans, motor coaches, and specialty vehicles.
• Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean windows, polish chrome, and deodorize interiors.
• Sanitize high-touch areas according to company health and safety protocols.
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to ensure top-tier presentation.
• Report any damage, wear, or maintenance needs to the fleet supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment.
• Replenish supplies such as air fresheners, towels, and detailing products.
• Safely move vehicles in and out of bays or parking areas.
• Assist with seasonal detailing needs including salt removal and de-icing.
  

Schedule & Working Conditions

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Use of protective equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Prior experience in auto detailing or related automotive work preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
