*Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Allied)*

*Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week*

*Position Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to adult patients in both acute hospital and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Your work will help patients overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individual patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide goal-oriented occupational therapy interventions based on current clinical best practices.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies to support functional recovery.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Float between assigned care locations as needed to support patient demand.

*Required Qualifications:*
Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of New York.
BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical experience will be considered.

Pay: $65,561.00 - $108,160.00 per year
