Enabling global flight, with passion. **Position Summary** The Charter Flight Scheduler position is committed to proactively develop and maintaining a client base for the purpose of expanding overall charter sales activities. They provide clients with accurate and timely information while multi-tasking in a team environment with minimum supervision. The schedule will be as follows: + **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM ET - 10:00 PM ET + **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid - 4 days in office / 1 day remote _Please note: Initial training and onboarding will be scheduled during daytime hours._ The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position, will be as follows: $26.44 - $33.65 hourly, equivalent to $55,000 - $70,000 annually. Please list the location that interests you, in your application: - Teterboro, NJ - Bedford, MA - Chicago, IL - Scottsdale, AZ - West Palm Beach, FL - Bozeman, MT **Minimum Requirements** + At least 2 years of experience using MS Office, including but not limited to WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK + A minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a scheduling or operations role. + Proficiency in either charter scheduling or FBO (Fixed Base Operation) scheduling, depending on previous role within organization + Must demonstrate determination and resilience in handling challenging situations and unexpected changes that can occur in the fast-paced aviation industry. + The ability to persevere and find solution under presume is a crucial attribute for success in this role + Must possess strong multitasking skills to handle various tasks simultaneously + May be required to be over age 18 and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record + Minimum of high school or trade school diploma **Main Responsibilities** + Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing + Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and Administration function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines + Answers inbound customer calls regarding product and service information, and identifies upselling opportunities from such calls + Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation + Identifies and qualifies prospective customers, and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems + Coordinate and manage scheduling of owner and charter flights + May have an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories + May have an individual or team sales quota and is likely to have a target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity + Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network **Desired Characteristics** + Avianis and/or SAP knowledge preferred. + Possess an empathetic, collaborative, and stimulating communication approach + Externally focused with a strong market perspective + Results driven; able to execute with high personal accountability + Strong initiative and self-direction + Ability to lead and work with others to achieve desired results + Ability to manage multiple projects and departments simultaneously + Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills + Has a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver the best experience to customers and colleagues + Quality driven with a passion for excellence to represent Jet Aviation as a Brand Ambassador + Demonstration and commitment to Jet Aviation values (THAT) **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
