Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from WhiteCap Search Senior Director, Recruitment at WhiteCap Search Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Client Associate to join their New York office. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and perks. It also offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers, the firm’s client-facing professionals focused on sales, business development, and fundraising. The Client Associate will play a key role in sales support, client onboarding, pitchbook creation, and internal relationship management. Job Function Support a lean, collaborative sales team focused on ESG and growth-equity investing. Coordinate sales support activities, including data gathering for pitches and client inquiries. Liaise with RFP, performance, client reporting, and marketing teams as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across all levels. Conduct market and sales research on prospects, consultants, and clients. Respond to client emails and provide timely, accurate information. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support fundraising efforts. Job Requirements 1-2 years of experience in financial services within client service, relationship management, or investor relations. Experience in asset management preferred, specifically in long-only strategies. Background in a sales or relationship management support function is a plus.
