The Law Offices of Anna R. Yum isn’t your typical law firm. We’re one of San Diego’s premier criminal defense firms, led by nationally recognized trial attorney Anna Yum. We’re looking for a proven Operations Manager who can take charge of the business engine that powers our legal victories. This isn’t a support role—this is mission-critical leadership.

What You’ll Own:

• Total Firm Operations: From intake to client satisfaction, from staff structure to tech systems.
• Team Performance: Mentor, motivate, and manage our non-attorney staff like a pro.
• Culture Keeper: Maintain and build the firm’s high-performance, accountability-driven environment.
• Process Guru: Develop SOPs, streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks.
• Tech & Tools: Oversee and optimize tools like Practice Panther, LawPay, and Lawmatics.
• HR Excellence: Be a trusted HR partner, from hiring to evaluations to compliance.
• Client Experience: Ensure smooth onboarding and fast conflict resolution with class and care.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in operations management (legal industry a big plus)
• A bachelor’s degree (bonus points for business, legal, or management focus)
• Leadership chops, killer organizational skills, and a client-first mindset
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and driven to improve everything you touch
