We are seeking a Senior Director-level Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our clients enhance their ERP systems to support enterprise application strategies and integration.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will produce insightful research and advice that addresses the most pressing questions faced by IT leaders across various industries. You will also present and advise on the key factors driving clients ERP initiatives, including:

  • Write high quality, clear, actionable, insightful advisory research documents, in Japanese and English
  • Engage in executive level discussions about ERP and broader Enterprise Applications
  • Help our client to create or advise on ERP strategies and technology roadmap
  • Have C-Level interactions and deliver high impact actionable advice through face-to-face and virtual presentations and discussions with clients
  • Be vocal in any discussion internally and externally

For this Analyst position you`ll need to possess hands-on experience with a variety of ERP-related business processes, projects, technologies, and platforms. You should have a forward-thinking vision for the future of ERP, as well as an understanding of the evolving business processes and technology market.

What Youll Need

  • Native-level Japanese, and business-level English
  • Bachelor`s degree, MBA or Graduate degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
  • Experience as a senior Application leader in a mid or large sized organization
  • Significant experience with people leadership topics such as designing future-fit organization structures, skills and talent management and driving culture change via transformational initiatives
  • Practical experience leading investments in ERP, and other Enterprise Applications
  • Experience implementing cloud applications from vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft
  • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges
  • Experience with a wide range of environments from traditional to more leading-edge across a variety of industries and geographies is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team
  • Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
