Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service-driven individual to join our team as a
Staffing Assistant (FLEX) . This is a
temporary, part-time position with
variable hours (10-40 hours/week) , depending on business demands and scheduled hiring events. This role is
on an as-needed basis , and flexibility is essential.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in staffing and recruiting.
Key Responsibilities - Greet and guide candidates through the pre-hire onboarding process during hiring events and in-office visits.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all applicants, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist candidates in completing applications and pre-employment screening using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools.
- Ensure full compliance with client hiring procedures, including:
- Application review and data entry
- Work authorization verification
- Badge photo capture
- Drug screen administration
- Clearly explain job details and answer any questions, ensuring all candidate concerns are addressed before they leave.
- Manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.
- Communicate effectively through in-person interactions, phone calls, email, and live chat.
Requirements - Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Comfortable using online tools, mobile devices, scanners, and cameras.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and tactful approach.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Customer service experience in retail, recruiting, hospitality, or similar fields is preferred.
- High level of integrity when handling confidential information.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work in person ; this role is not remote .
