Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and routine maintenance of generator systems at client locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair generator issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain equipment reliability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment status and issues.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in generator service and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel to job sites, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environmental conditions.
