We are hiring a Growth Manager to drive feature launches, go-to-market, and product marketing. You will work closely with the product, engineering, design, and brand teams to bring to life new features.

Responsibilities

• Productize our feature launch process that clearly and effectively reaches our audience and drives adoption
• Develop a deep understanding of Perplexitys key user segments and the most effective channels to
• Collaborate closely with our product, brand, business, and communications teams to create the defining category of knowledge discovery
• Obsess over every user communication, key positioning statement, and marketing copy to make Perplexity accessible to non-technical and new-to-AI audiences.
• Lead vertical campaigns to bring specific use cases to life from cooking to coding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working at a fast-paced consumer technology company
• Youve shipped a lot of features. Youve made mistakes while doing so. You know how to make a splash.
• You have incredible taste in positioning and making a novel technology accessible to the masses
• You have an owner mentality you move fast and are willing to get your hands dirty. Youre motivated by aggressive timelines and thrive in a 0-to-1 environment.
• Youre a natural creative that can not only generate ideas, but also execute with precision and urgency.
• You can influence product strategy via a thorough understanding of the customer and the competitive environment.

The cash compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
