Must have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation to and from work along with a willingness to work outside.
Licensed Plumbers:
Handle residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installs, and maintenance
Lead jobs and oversee apprentice performance
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems on the spot
Communicate directly with customers and provide clear, professional solutions
Apprentices:
Assist licensed plumbers on jobsites
Learn the trade hands-on in a fast-paced environment
Handle basic plumbing tasks, tool setup, and jobsite prep
Receive on-the-job training and support toward licensure
Licensed Plumbers:
Valid state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
1+ years of hands-on experience
Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills
Clean driving record and ability to work independently
Apprentices:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and work
Some mechanical or construction experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
Earned Benefits:
Salary/Compensation: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
