We’re currently hiring a Management Trainee to join our team and participate in a structured training program designed to fast-track your growth into future leadership roles. This entry-level opportunity provides cross-functional experience across departments—marketing, operations, HR, customer service, and more—to give you a full understanding of how our business works and how we drive change through community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a rotational training program across core departments to gain hands-on experience in business operations

• Support nonprofit campaigns by assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Assist department managers with daily operations, project implementation, and performance tracking

• Analyze workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Attend training sessions and team meetings to understand company culture, policies, and best practices

• Shadow team leads and participate in mentorship opportunities to develop leadership skills

• Complete assigned projects and present findings or recommendations to leadership

• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the training process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Passion for social impact and community engagement

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-focused environment

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel locally for events
