We’re currently hiring a Management Trainee to join our team and participate in a structured training program designed to fast-track your growth into future leadership roles. This entry-level opportunity provides cross-functional experience across departments—marketing, operations, HR, customer service, and more—to give you a full understanding of how our business works and how we drive change through community events.
Participate in a rotational training program across core departments to gain hands-on experience in business operations
Support nonprofit campaigns by assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events
Represent nonprofit partners at community events with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist department managers with daily operations, project implementation, and performance tracking
Analyze workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Attend training sessions and team meetings to understand company culture, policies, and best practices
Shadow team leads and participate in mentorship opportunities to develop leadership skills
Complete assigned projects and present findings or recommendations to leadership
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the training process
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Passion for social impact and community engagement
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-focused environment
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel locally for events
