Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator – Local & Detail-Oriented Rock Star Wanted

We’re looking for a local, detail-oriented operations wizard to help manage the back-end engine of a high-performance Medicare and Life Insurance broker agency. This role is a blend of assistant, data analyst, and systems builder — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing lead flow, sales tracking, and onboarding systems

• Creating reports and dashboards for performance & accountability

• Supporting the team with scheduling, logistics, and calendar coordination

• Keeping client and agent records clean, current, and compliant

• Assisting with CRM systems, follow-up automations, and task tracking

• Maintaining clear SOPs and project documenntation

• Handling admin tasks with surgical precision

✅ You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:

• Are hyper-organized and love structure and checklists

• Have a sharp eye for errors, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies

• Work well independently, but love contributing to a fast-moving team

• Know your way around Excel/Google Sheets & digital tools like Microsoft office

• Are tech-comfortable and open to learning CRMs like GoHighLevel

• Can manage multiple projects without losing sight of details

• Are local and open to in-person collaboration when needed

Bonus Points For:

• Insurance, real estate, or financial services background

• Familiarity with tools like SunFire, GoHighLevel, Windows and Office Products

• Previous experience in executive support or back-end ops

• Ability to build simple automations or project trackers
