The role requires office presence per company policy but is not restricted to specific locations. Position Summary The Product Management Senior Advisor manages the vision, goals, and objectives of programs and products for Cigna Healthcare's integrated Pharmacy clients and customers. The role involves developing new products and managing existing ones within the pharmacy benefit and financial product team to support sales growth, retention, and organizational goals. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering impactful solutions in pharmacy and clinical spaces. The Senior Advisor will collaborate with pharmacy product teams (Networks, Benefits, Clinical Programs), Clinical Program Management, Clinical Operations, Express Scripts/Evernorth, and other functional areas like Sales, Underwriting, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Communications. Focus areas include increasing customer growth, enhancing affordability, aligning incentives, promoting holistic health, and delivering a differentiated customer experience. The individual should be adept at working in complex environments with tight timelines and ambiguity, demonstrating excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and quality-delivery skills. The role is individual contributor with well-developed people management and influencing skills. Responsibilities Identify and assess new product development opportunities based on market trends and client demand. Lead product design and business case development for high-potential opportunities. Develop strategies, product requirements, and key deliverables for project teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to build and launch projects on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and develop plan language and filings. Provide education and training on new and existing products to relevant teams. Support development and evaluation of the Pharmacy Product portfolio. Perform other product management duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in insurance or healthcare, with 3+ years in pharmacy benefit. Ability to create clear, presentation-ready deliverables. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Experience working with remote teams. Financial, analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Comfort with complex systems and processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Internet connection must be broadband (at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) for remote work. Salary range: $110,700 - $184,500 annually, plus potential bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holidays.
