Join Our Team at Chateau Health & Wellness

As we expand into our brand-new facility, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our front-line team. At Chateau Health & Wellness, we specialize in helping adult clients—primarily first responders—recover from trauma, addiction, and emotional challenges in a therapeutic and cooperative environment. Our waitlist has grown over the past several years, and we’re now excited to welcome new team members to help meet this growing demand.

If you’re looking for a deeply meaningful role where you can make a tangible difference every day, this is it.

Position Summary

The Program Support Staff plays a critical role in supporting our residents' safety, dignity, and progress through recovery. This position involves direct supervision of clients, supporting day-to-day operations of the facility, and ensuring a positive, structured, and healing environment. You’ll lead by example, encourage engagement, and maintain the integrity of the program with professionalism and compassion.

  • Support and enforce behavior management strategies consistent with DHS and Chateau policies

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional environment; assist with light cleaning and room setup

  • Safely transport clients to offsite appointments or activities as needed

  • Respond appropriately to crises or emergencies according to established protocols

  • Attend and complete all required training (online and in-person)

  • Participate actively in team communication and our feedback-driven culture

  • Assist with evening and weekend programming and recreational activities

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Minimum of one year of experience in residential treatment, education, recreation, or similar settings preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

  • Must pass background check and drug screen

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment

  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete accurate documentation

  • Must be able to perform light physical tasks (cleaning, lifting, etc.)

Why Work With Us

At Chateau, you’ll work with a supportive, mission-driven team serving individuals who genuinely want to heal and grow. Our clients are highly motivated adults, many of whom are current or former first responders, creating a unique, respectful, and cooperative environment.

This role is often described by our team as the most rewarding position in the organization. You’ll be the face of day-to-day care and connection—helping residents feel seen, heard, and supported on their path to recovery.
