A globally leading technology company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Inclusion & Diversity Operations team as well as the People Accessibility global vendor program in delivering scalable, global solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams, including procurement, business operations, finance, and program management. They must be able to work in a hybrid environment—with a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week—and demonstrate flexibility based on evolving business needs. • Providing project management support for key programs.
• Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting.
• Interact and engage with global vendors.
• Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production.

Key qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• The ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion.
