Job Summary

The Project Analyst for Halal Compliance will manage information associated with the Halal certification of cosmetic products sold in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining data and documents. The Project Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams (Corporate Quality, Halal Compliance, Raw Material Management, R&D Fragrance, Global Supplier Management, Supplier Quality) as well as with the company’s suppliers to obtain information.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain Information: Contact Suppliers or internal teams to obtain information via e-mail or teleconferences. Ensure information is received in a timely manner and escalate where there are challenges receiving information.

• Review Information: Review information received from Suppliers or internal teams for completeness and accuracy based on direction from the Halal Manager.

• Organize and Maintain Information: Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking the status of information received and reporting information received.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate status via e-mail, presentations, and formal or ad-hoc meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in data management, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent MS Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Flexible working hours

• 8:30-5:00pm ( must be flexible during week if there is a late meeting and would work a flex day)
