Staffmark is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. If you're safety-focused, dependable, and experienced with stand-up reach trucks, we want to hear from you. Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM What You'll Do: Operate stand-up reach trucks to move, load, and unload products Perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting Handle warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading Support technical and maintenance needs of automated systems Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all assigned tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned What You Bring: Must have prior experience using a stand-up reach truck Valid forklift operator certification At least 1 year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team Good communication, follow-through, and time management skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, if needed Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
