Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to join one of our major healthcare clients. This role will assist with the build, configuration and maintenance of various PB modules. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving billing related issues including claim edits, charge capture errors and remittance processing problems. All tickets will come through ServiceNow. This role will sit fully remote.
