Job Description

We have an excellent Restoration Technician position with continued growth opportunities! If staying in one place and having the same scenery everyday is not your cup of tea, consider this full-time, temp-to-hire position with advancement opportunity to Crew Chief . In this job you will work at various job sites throughout the week. If you are a hands on person who enjoys being active during your work day and home each night, then consider this Monday-Friday 1st shift opportunit y. Weekends are required via an on-call rotation .

As a Restoration Technician , you will go into homes and or businesses after a disaster such as fire, water or mold damage, assess the misfortune and troubleshoot with your team a plan to restore the space to it's original state. With the use of general and industrial cleaning tools, supplies and equipment you will then get to work removing the damaged structure/items, cleaning, rebuilding and restoring the space.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls
• Taking down insulation, cleaning up soot, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning carpets/floors
• Identify the type of materials being cleaned and select the right tools, techniques, and chemicals for the job
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

• Comfortable in working hard in challenging situations
• Enjoys meeting new people
• Prior lead, or management, experience is desired
• Flexible working overtime when needed
• Excellent communication skills within oral and written form
• Computer literate 
• Must be self motivated and willing to advance within the organization
• Reliable transportation, valid Drivers License and a good driving record
