Work Schedule: Our Zone operates Sunday through Saturday. Route Sales Associates will work 5 days a week, including weekends and/or holidays. Role Overview: Route Sales Representatives are essential to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete product line, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to various stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and collaborate with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day. Growth Opportunities: While starting as a Route Sales Representative, we invest in your growth within our company. This role can serve as a pathway to career advancement within FritoLay or PepsiCo. Key tasks include: Completing 4-6 weeks of dedicated training in driving and selling with our team. Running routes, gaining experience at different stores, and meeting new customers. Growing sales by building relationships, selling displays, and executing national initiatives. Attaining a route with scheduled days off and predictable hours. Working in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment. Work Environment and Qualifications: Our operations run 24/7, so schedules may vary. Team members often work weekends and holidays. The role is physically demanding; you should be prepared to be on your feet throughout your shift. Minimum qualifications include: Being 21 years of age or older. Having a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the ability to obtain additional licenses as required by law. Being able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodations.
