The Opportunity We’re looking for a strategic thinker and proactive operator—someone who thrives in complexity, balances speed with rigor, and builds systems that scale. You’ll be the kind of person who sees beyond immediate tasks and thinks about how today’s challenges shape tomorrow’s operations. This role is for someone who loves solving for complexity, streamlining go-to-market (GTM) processes, and enabling teams to do their best work through thoughtful, scalable operational design. In your first 6–12 months, you’ll have taken full ownership of several high-impact RevOps initiatives, significantly improved system usability and reporting, and built trusted relationships across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance. Most importantly, you’ll have made it easier for teams to drive revenue and scale sustainably. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, this role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
