About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Analytics to lead the data, business analytics, and business technology functions in support of its sports and entertainment operations. This key leadership role is focused on driving operational efficiencies, optimizing revenue, and achieving strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the President, Team & Media Operations, and will be responsible for employing predictive modeling and machine learning to accelerate decision-making. The role involves a strong emphasis on pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and fan engagement prediction, with the goal of identifying hidden patterns, optimizing revenue, and enhancing the fan experience. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior strategy, analytics, and/or technology roles, with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. A graduate degree is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports and entertainment, management consulting, private equity, or investment banking, and a proven track record in developing strategic plans and driving revenue through data-driven insights. Deep technical expertise, the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies, and strong leadership skills are essential. The role requires a self-starter with a passion for innovation, and the ability to build and lead a high-impact team. Experience in technology roadmap development and a background in IT and technology infrastructure management are also key qualifications.
