Our platform combines the best of AI and human intelligence to help contact centers discover customer insights and behavioral best practices, automate conversations and inefficient processes, and empower every team member to work smarter and faster. Born from the prestigious Stanford AI lab, Cresta's co-founder and chairman is Sebastian Thrun , the genius behind Google X, Waymo, Udacity, and more. Our leadership also includes CEO, Ping Wu , the co-founder of Google Contact Center AI and Vertex AI platform, and CTO & co-founder, Tim Shi , an early member of Open AI.

We’ve assembled a world-class team of AI and ML experts, go-to-market leaders, and top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Sequoia, and former AT&T CEO John Donovan. Our valued customers include brands like Intuit, Cox Communications, Hilton, and Carmax and we’ve been recognized by Forbes and Bain Consulting as one of the top private AI companies in the world.

Join us on this thrilling journey to revolutionize the workforce with AI. The future of work is here, and it's at Cresta.

About the role:

We’re looking for an exceptional, results-driven Senior Manager of Technical Product Marketing to drive cross-platform GTM strategy and execution, with a focus on technical differentiation. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Marketing and you’ll collaborate closely across our Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive go-to-market success for one of the most important pillars of the Cresta platform.

Location: SF or NYC preference, remote.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll own the development and continuous refinement of positioning and messaging for Cresta’s technical platform, including Opera, AI models, Integrations, APIs, and security, creating sales and marketing collateral that helps us clearly communicate our differentiation and value across these areas.
  • You’ll develop and oversee Cresta’s technical buyer personas, advancing our internal understanding of what makes them tick and segmenting our messaging to more effectively turn them into advocates in deals.
  • You’ll partner closely across product, sales, and marketing, serving as the connective tissue to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive Cresta’s growth.
  • You’ll introduce platform and model related innovation to the world in ways that drive adoption and pipeline by developing market launches and accompanying enablement to support cross-functional teams.
  • Your deep understanding of how our wins and losses are impacted by platform-related strengths, weaknesses, and gaps, will help you provide a data-driven point of view to influence future roadmap priorities and optimize our strategy.
  • You love to move fast, get your hands dirty, and solve open-ended problems that will help us build and grow market-leading AI products.

Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of product marketing experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings.
  • Excellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysis.
  • Deep domain knowledge of large language models and applications of AI in the enterprise.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences.
  • Preferred Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and virtual agents.
  • Preferred Experience in hyper-growth scale-ups.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. Your recruiter can provide further details.
