Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Field Recruitment Coordinator is a critical member of bpx's high performing Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment and onboarding activities, and supporting recruiting operations across corporate and field functions. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, executive assistants, and external vendors to ensure seamless and high quality hiring experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to grow or transition into people-focused work while directly supporting a fast paced, high impact talent acquisition function.

Requirements:
How much do we pay (Base) $68,000 - $95,000. Note that the pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
