As we scale, we are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our Engineering team.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Technical Recruiter & Operations Coordinator to support both our hiring efforts and help the CTO and Head of Product operate at full speed. This hybrid role combines full-cycle technical recruiting with high-trust operational support for senior leadership. Youll play a key role in keeping the CTO and Head of Product organized and focused, handling scheduling, managing follow-ups, tracking priorities, and ensuring communication flows smoothly. At the same time, youll own sourcing, screening, and coordination across multiple engineering and product hiring efforts. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-obsessed, and can confidently handle both candidate pipelines and leadership-level logistics with precision and clarity.

Key Accountabilities

• Source, screen, and manage pipelines for technical hiring

• Coordinate interviews and partner with engineering leads on role design and candidate evaluation

• Keep multiple hiring processes on track and communicate updates to stakeholders

• Ensure professional, HR-compliant communication with all candidates

• Support the CTO and Head of Product with calendar management, follow-ups, task tracking, and coordination

• Maintain visibility and momentum across high-priority projects and leadership workflows

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders with scheduling, communication, and operational follow-through

• Proven success hiring technical talent (especially engineering roles)

• Strong grasp of technical hiring signals and structured evaluation

• Highly organized and clear communicator across channels

• Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping key stakeholders aligned

• Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with sensitive information

• Familiarity with tools like BambooHR, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Required Education

• Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$75,000-$95,000
