BVRG is hiring a Temporary Merchandiser & Retail Specialist in the Houston area to represent the Nestle Premium Waters across the trendiest on-premise channels. If you're someone who thrives on making connections, driving visibility at events, and bringing a premium brand to life— this is for you.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a self-driven merchandiser to support Nestlé Premium Waters across a dedicated route of H-E-B stores in the Houston metro area. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, thrives on a well-organized shelf, and understands the importance of product presence in a competitive grocery environment.

You’ll be on the ground, in stores, ensuring that Nestlé’s premium water products are fully stocked, well-presented, and always consumer-ready — especially after peak shopping times.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit 3–7 H-E-B stores per day across a predetermined route
• Restock premium water from the backroom to the shelf after peak shopping hours
• Face shelves, maintain planograms, and fix or enhance in-store displays
• Serve as the on-the-ground brand guardian for Nestlé Premium Waters in each store
• Follow store protocols and ensure alignment with retail partners
• Take before-and-after photos of your work and submit daily reports
• Log hours and manage your route efficiently

What You Bring:

• Experience in retail, merchandising, grocery, or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) preferred
• A reliable vehicle for daily store visits
• A personal smartphone for photo documentation and route tracking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be comfortable lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling 20+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Physically able to stand and move for extended periods

• $50/month tech stipend for your phone or tablet use
• $325/month transportation stipend for gas and vehicle wear
• W-2 or 1099 option based on your preference
• July-September contract
