Job Title: Operations Analyst – Trade Settlements

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in finance or operations
• Experience in financial services industry
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with a focus on Trade Settlements (DTCC, Fed, Government, Muni, Intl Markets)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated, adaptable in fast-paced environments
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day trade settlement support across various asset classes and platforms
• Perform suspense account reconciliation and ensure accounts are properly balanced
• Act as liaison between Financial Advisors, Branch Management, Compliance, Risk, trading desks, and external market centers
• Resolve exceptions and trade discrepancies efficiently
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Technology, and Business to define and deliver process and system improvements
• Contribute to “Change the Bank” and “Run the Bank” programs
• Assist with development and enhancement of operational workflows
• Ensure high standards of service and risk management throughout the trade lifecycle
