1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $60,000–$65,000

Are you an experienced leader ready to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Deufol Charlotte is looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team and ensure efficient, safe, and productive warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy and on-time dispatch.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and forklift drivers.
• Implement process improvements and support Lean practices like 5S and waste reduction.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal departments and maintain strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in business, management, or logistics preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of SAP WMS and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel reporting.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
