A leading manufacturer is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 30+ staff across inbound, outbound, and internal material flows. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, a manufacturing mindset, and the ability to manage complexity, with thousands of parts moving daily. You’ll be stepping into a live environment that needs structure, accountability, and a motivating presence on the floor.

The Role

• Lead a 30+ person warehouse team with a clear, accountable approach
• Manage high-volume parts flow across inbound, inventory, and outbound
• Keep inventory accurate, organized, and auditable across high number of SKU's
• Coordinate with external warehouse partners and internal departments
• Resolve stock discrepancies quickly
• Monitor KPIs, enforce standards, and push process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ warehouse experience, ideally in manufacturing or complex stock environments
• 2+ years leading teams, you know how to train, delegate, and keep people motivated
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solver with a cool head under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
• Reliable, local, and ready to hit the ground running
