Job Description:
We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join our dynamic remote sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales to help clients find the best life insurance products tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings to prospective clients
Educate clients on AO Globe Life’s products and services
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently from home
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection
