• Resolving account, billing, and payment inquiries

WHAT YOULL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule : Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights and weekends
• Language : Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience : 6+ months of billing customer support experience; 1+ year heavy volume phone experience in a call center or customer service capacity
• Technical Skills : MS Office, computer skills
• Skills : Communication, organization, time management, typing, customer service
• Abilities : Problem-solving, professionalism, multi-tasking, resilience
