Our patient-centered OBGYN, fertility, and family medicine clinic in Fairfax County is growing—and we’re looking for a Lead Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this hybrid role, you’ll shape our brand voice, grow our online presence, and build relationships with local providers to strengthen our referral network. This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing efforts in a specialized healthcare setting with a mission-driven, compassionate team. What You’ll Do: Lead digital and social media marketing strategy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage SEO to improve visibility and drive patient acquisition Create content for our website, blog, email, and social platforms Build relationships with local OB/GYNs and referring clinics Represent our practice at community events and health fairs Track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with clinical goals What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years’ experience in marketing—healthcare background a plus Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter comfortable working both independently and on-site Bonus: Graphic design or content creation experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Why Join Us?
